I loved
this article. It showed we should be proud of our NSVs. (Non-scale victories.) There is so much more involved in losing weight than the number on that scale, which often times can make or break our day/week.
For me, the scale just regurgitates a weight. What it doesn't say is:
- I have more energy
- I sleep better at night
- I can move around a little bit better
- My clothes are fitting better
These are all very important NSVs that the pesky scale can't see! It's worth reading the article to help remember these things!
